They offer a highly competitive starting salary in the high $200k range, along with a generous $40k sign-on bonus. The position includes a two-year partnership track, 5 weeks of paid vacation annually, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, malpractice coverage, and 401k eligibility after the first year. Call rotation is 1:4 on weekends and 1:9 on weeknights.
