A large nephrology group in New Mexico, based in Albuquerque, is seeking an Interventional Nephrologist/Radiologist to join their established and thriving access center. This center supports over 1,000 ESRD patients and a large CKD population. Key responsibilities include vascular access care, angioplasty, angiogram, thrombectomy, stent placement, catheter management, kidney biopsies, and peritoneal dialysis catheter procedures. The role involves quality improvement, patient care programs, and ongoing education.
The group offers acute nephrology care across multiple hospitals, is associated with kidney/kidney-pancreas transplant programs, and operates several dialysis programs, a vascular access center, and a clinical research program.
The position offers visa sponsorship with experience in J1/H1B and Green Card applications. Compensation is in the 90th percentile of RPA standards with a full benefits package. Spanish-speaking candidates and those who have completed an Interventional Nephrology Fellowship are preferred.
