A three-physician practice located 90 minutes from Albany is seeking a fourth physician to join their team. They work with a Nurse Practitioner who assists with dialysis and hospital rounding. The practice covers two hospitals with an average inpatient census of 25-30 and cares for around 250 dialysis patients. Call is shared equally at 1:4. The first-year salary is $350,000, with the opportunity for a Medical Director stipend in year two. The practice offers partnership in year three, as well as benefits including health and malpractice insurance, a pension plan after two years, four weeks of vacation, and JV opportunities.
