An Opportunity awaits at a thriving 30-physician practice in a bustling metro area with multiple openings for new physicians. You'll start with a fixed salary for two years, plus a signing bonus. After that, a partnership is offered, which includes shared revenue from medical director fees, real estate investments, and joint venture opportunities. Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including 22 days of vacation in the first year, increasing to 35 days in the third year, along with malpractice, health, disability, life insurance, and relocation allowance. The practice also has a need for transplant nephrologists, with approximately one-third of the time spent on transplant nephrology. Ideally, the candidate would work on a hospitalist model, spending one week per month in the hospital, one week per month during office hours, and two weeks with a flexible schedule.
