A five-physician practice in the Philadelphia area is looking to add and additional associate due to continued growth and succession planning.  The practice goes to two main dialysis units and a handful of others with the assistance of a Nurse Practitioner.  They cover four hospitals in the area.  The practice is a good mix of inpatient and outpatient Nephrology.  Competitive first year salary with bonus available based on RVU’s in the first year.  Benefits include malpractice, Health (Physician and spouse), retirement plan, 3 weeks’ vacation plus a week for CME in the first year.
