We are working with a five-physician practice seeking to expand their team by adding another physician. They are supported by 2 Nurse Practitioners and are conveniently located approximately one hour from Philadelphia. The practice is affiliated with two hospitals where hospitalists handle admissions across multiple units. They serve as Medical Directors for several units, and all facilities are in close proximity to each other. The office is closed on Fridays, and physicians rotate for a three-day weekend. They offer 6 weeks of vacation annually, with increasing benefits over time, along with a competitive salary and benefits package. There is a clear track to partnership within 3 years.
