The practice primarily covers one hospital and four dialysis units, all conveniently located within a 30-minute radius, with most being just a few minutes away. Two nurse practitioners assist with dialysis rounding, and there is a good base salary with incentives, malpractice coverage, family health insurance, a 401K plan, and four weeks of combined vacation/CME time in the first year.
