Join a thriving nephrology practice in Southeastern TN, where you will collaborate with 10+ experienced nephrologists and 25 dedicated extenders. This dynamic group serves multiple locations across the region, including several practice-owned units, and manages a substantial dialysis patient base alongside a significant CKD population.

Call responsibilities are shared, with a 1:3 weekday call and a weekend call rotation supported by four physicians and two extenders. The initial compensation package starts in the mid-$200,000s, with five weeks of vacation that increases to nine weeks after just two years. As a partner, you'll enjoy equal sharing in all aspects of the practice.
