A well-established 3-physician group is seeking a 4th physician to join their growing team. This outpatient-only opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance, with a schedule of Monday through Thursday, a half-day on Friday, and one weekend call per month, which will be the only time inpatient care is required.

The role involves conducting 4-5 telemedicine consultations daily, providing a mix of in-office and remote patient care. The primary office and dialysis unit are conveniently located within 5 minutes of each other, with occasional travel to a secondary unit approximately 45 minutes away.

The position includes a highly competitive compensation package with a base salary of $260K, a $25K sign-on bonus, and $8K in relocation assistance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative team in a thriving practice.
