Large Nephrology practice in a major Texas city is looking for an additional physician due to upcoming retirement and continued patient growth in the market.  Practice is located in the city.  Multiple pods means 1:4 call working out of four units.  Hospitalists admit so call is minimal.  Salary in the first year with Production Incentives.  Comprehensive Benefits including 25 PTO days in the first year, retirement plan and family health insurance. Partnership available after three years with no buy-in.
