We are recruiting for an additional physician to join a solo practitioner (his partner passed away recently) in a community approximately two hours from Dallas, TX. The practice goes to four units, the furthest is 60 miles away but nurse practitioners assist in rounding. Only one hospital (250 bed level II trauma center) with hospitalists doing the admits. Call 1:2. $220,000 salary to start with vacation/CME, malpractice, health insurance and additional benefits. Partnership will be offered.
