Western Virginia Group Practice

We are working with a practice in the Western part of Virginia that is looking to add a 10th physician due to projected retirement and growth. They have 6 Nurse Practitioners working with the doctors in doing dialysis and Hospital rounding. They share patients so running around is kept to a minimum. They have over 800 dialysis patients at multiple units. It is lifestyle practice. Call is 1:4 and is doubled up so no one gets slammed on weekend call. They offer a competitive starting salary plus a discretionary bonus. They provide family health insurance, malpractice, profit sharing, retirement plan (that is maxed out after the first year and four weeks’ vacation/cme in the first year (goes to 8 weeks as a partner). Partnership is offered after two years. They have a transplant program there as well as an access center. They have a research arm to the practice.
