Martin Osinski, MBA, CVA

Martin Osinski has been a leader in the health care field for over thirty years. Trained with a BBA in accounting, a Master's in Business Administration with specialization in Finance and Certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analyst his understanding of numbers clearly differentiates him from the competition.  Mr. Osinski is currently President and Chief Executive Officer for NephrologyUSA (a division of American Medical Consultants), and is nationally recognized for his expertise in Physician recruitment and healthcare knowledge related to the business aspects of Nephrology.

Mr. Osinski has been elected and served twice as President of the National Association of Physician Recruiters an organization of over 350 for profit and in-house recruiting organizations representing several thousand physician recruiters in providing educational programs, a code of ethics for its membership to adhere to and various services to its membership. He continues to serve and remains active on their Ethics Committee.    He also works on behalf of the NAPR in a collaborative effort with the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) on their annual Physician Placement Starting Salary Survey.   He is responsible for re-establishing and running the NAPR's Industry Trends Survey, the number one source for information related to the Physician Recruiting Industry.  The NAPR honored him with the Presidential Award for his outstanding contributions on three separate occasions (most recently in 2012) and the Distinguished Service Award in 2010.

He has authored and been interviewed for numerous articles and podcasts over the years in such publications as the Nephrology News & Issues, Renal Business Today, Renal Physician's Association News, Medical Group Management Journal, Unique Opportunities, Journal of the American Medical Association, Medical Economics, Healthplan, and HealthLeader. He currently is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Nephrology News & Issues. In addition, Mr. Osinski conducts presentations on job search methods to fellowship programs throughout the country and spoken at the American Society of Nephrology's Kidney Week in 2015 and at numerous Renal Physicians Association Fellows Workshops over the years.

Prior to forming AMC, he was President of National Health Search, a contingency physician recruiting firm and also had the dual responsibility as Chief Operating Officer for a large retained physician search firm responsible for the company's recruiting, research and accounting functions. He also was involved in the development of an interactive telephone job placement service marketed in cooperation with the New England Journal of Medicine. Immediately after getting his Master's degree he worked with one of the "Big Eight" accounting firms before ultimately going into Physician recruitment.

Mr. Osinski was selected for Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, and Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare. He is also involved in various community activities throughout the Miami area.

He earned both his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, and Master's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Miami. While in college, Mr. Osinski received the Iron Arrow Award, the highest honor attained at the University of Miami.  In 2004 he received his Certification in Business Valuations with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.  He focuses strictly on Nephrology Practice Valuations.

Nephrology USA® will assist in the scheduling and preparation for candidate visits.We follow up with physicians regularly after they begin practice to assure a smooth transition. Nephrology USA® offices are open day and evening. Normal business hours are from 9:00am to 6:00 pm (EDT) Monday through Friday, and evenings from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Thursday.
