To assist with office, dialysis, and hospital duties, there are five exceptional Nurse Practitioners. This team services five of the top hospitals in the area, as well as nine units, all within a convenient 20-mile radius. With approximately 550 dialysis patients, including a significant proportion of home hemo and PD patients, the opportunities for growth are unparalleled. The call schedule is 1:4, with an extender, providing ample work-life balance. Additionally, the package includes a competitive salary, full benefits, five weeks of vacation, and CME time. After just two years, the chance for partnership arises, with all Medical Directorships and MCP shared among the partners. Finally, the office week is a desirable four-day workweek, with an average of 25 patients per day, allowing for a fulfilling work-life balance.
