An opportunity with a four-physician practice located in western Georgia, just 90 minutes from Atlanta, as they seek to add an exceptional physician to support their continued growth. The practice currently provides top-notch care to over 330 dialysis patients across five units (four hemo and one PD), and serves as the Medical Directors for several of those units. They also attend to patients at two major hospitals and three rehab facilities, all within six miles of the office, with an average inpatient population of 35. The practice receives an impressive 15 new patients every week and has had zero turnover in 25 years. The successful candidate can expect a first-year salary of $300,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401K with profit sharing, three weeks of vacation, and one week of CME. A relocation allowance will also be provided. Physicians spend 3-1/2 days in the office seeing patients, with the balance of their time dedicated to hospitals or units. Call will be 1:4, and as a partner, all directorships and capitation are shared. Partners work on a production-based compensation package, although the practice does not offer health insurance coverage.
