Solo Physician in Atlanta looking to bring on an additional physician due to growth. 1:4 Call Schedule.

Here are some key details about the practice and the exciting opportunity we have for you:

• Practice Overview: The practice covers 5 units and 2 hospitals within a 15-mile radius. They are looking to expand to two additional hospitals with the addition of a new physician.
• Patient Demographics: They currently care for 30 dialysis patients, with the majority being on Home Hemodialysis as they have a home unit.
• Work Schedule: Your office hours would be Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You'll spend one week in the office and the other week at units and hospitals. The census is light, and call duty is at a manageable 1:4 ratio.
• Compensation Package: They offer a competitive salary with a sign-on bonus and a relocation allowance. Additionally, there is a 2-year track to partnership, with options for Joint Ventures (JV) and Medical Directorship.
• Benefits: Health insurance and provide a 401k plan. You'll have 3 weeks of vacation time and 1 week of personal days annually.
• Language Skills: Spanish-speaking ability is highly desired given the patient population.
