A two-physician practice that is looking to add two physicians over the next two years. They work out of four Hospitals and six dialysis units all within easy driving distance of one another. They do have four mid-levels that help with seeing patients in the units and in the hospitals. Hospitalists admit so there are few late-night calls. Call would be 1:4. They have approximately 250 dialysis patients and average an inpatient census of around 25. They do have a large number of new patients monthly and a good size CKD population. Salary I anticipate would be around $190,000 (possibly more) but they have not given me a firm number yet. They do have a bonus number on top of that plus malpractice, health insurance. 3 weeks’ vacation and a 1 week for CME. There is also a 401K plan. Partnership would be offered in two years.
