A two-person practice in a community 1.5 hours from Detroit, one hour from Toledo looking for an additional physician due to one of the physicians having to leave due to family Illness in another state.  The practice goes to three units and has approximately 150 dialysis patients (approximately 30% are PD and Home hemo) They have a stand-alone home hemo unit.   They are Medical Director of two of the units.  They go to one main hospital.  They have a nurse practitioner that assists.  Driving distance between all is 30 minutes for driving.
