Multiple needs with a 30 physician Practice located in Metro area. Practice is structured with multiple pods throughout the area. Incoming physician would be employed for two years at a fixed salary plus. Signing bonus. After two years partnership is offered. As a partner you share the medical director fees real estate investments and JV opportunities equally.  comprehensive benefits include 22 days’ vacation in the first year that goes to 35 in the third. Malpractice health insurance for the family disability and life relocation allowance are all part of the package. They also have a need for transplant and spend about a third of their time doing transplant nephrology ideally that person would work a hospitalist model where they work one week at a month at the hospital one week a month during office hours and two weeks flex.
