23 physician Nephrology practice in Eastern Pennsylvania is in need of a transplant Nephrologist to join their Transplant program and become Director over the next two years. The program averages slightly over one hundred transplants a year (Kidney and Pancreas only). Your initial time working in the department will be 50% transplant and 50% general Nephrology however will increase to 75% transplant as the current transplant Nephrologist moves into a new role within the organization. There is an opportunity to teach both Residents and Fellows. It is a lifestyle practice as things are structured so you would usually be out by 5:30. They have had no turnover other than retirements. Call is 1:4 on weekends and as the Transplant Nephrologist dialysis rounding would not be required.

A five-physician practice in the Philadelphia area is looking to add and additional associate due to continued growth and succession planning. The practice goes to two main dialysis units and a handful of others with the assistance of a Nurse Practitioner. They cover four hospitals in the area.
